When you call, email, or submit a form, we collect the contact and service details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email, service address, and a description of the work you need. What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, financing applications you ask us to start with Goodleap, or equipment warranty registration with manufacturers), or where the law requires.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising tags
This website loads Google Tag Manager, which in turn runs analytics and advertising tags that measure how the site is used (for example, which pages are visited and which campaigns bring visitors here). Forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, and our online store pages use the Contractor Commerce plugin. We use Google Consent Mode: when you accept or decline cookies in the site's banner, that choice controls whether analytics and advertising tags may store cookies or use your data for personalization, and the choice is remembered on this device for your next visit. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we apply the advertising opt-out automatically — no clicking required.
SMS and phone communications
When you submit a form that includes your phone number, we use it to contact you about your service request. Text updates (such as appointment reminders and scheduling updates) are sent only if you check the separate text-message consent box on the form. That consent is optional, is not a condition of purchasing any service, and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Payment security
We never ask for, collect, or store credit-card or bank-account numbers through this website. Online purchases and financing applications are handled entirely by the third-party processor involved (for example, the Contractor Commerce store checkout or the Goodleap financing portal), on that provider's own secure, PCI-compliant pages and under that provider's privacy policy. If you pay an invoice, payment is processed through our payment processor — card data never touches this website.
How long we keep information
We keep service records for as long as we need them to support your equipment, honor warranties, meet licensing, tax, and legal requirements, and operate the business. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Cookie preferences can be managed through the site's cookie banner and your browser settings.
