These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of holycityhvac.com (the "Site") and your engagement of services from Holy City Heating & Air, LLC ("Holy City Heating & Air," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or requesting our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Acceptance of terms
These Terms apply to all visitors and users of the Site and to customers who request or receive our services, and they form a binding agreement between you and Holy City Heating & Air, LLC. Where a signed written agreement, proposal, or invoice exists for specific work, that document governs the work it describes; these Terms fill in everything it does not address.

Holy City Heating & Air provides heating, air conditioning, and related home comfort services to residential and commercial customers in the Charleston, South Carolina area. The Site and its content — including articles, guides, troubleshooting tools, and pricing information — are provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site is a guarantee that a particular service, appointment time, product, price, or promotion is available. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service for legitimate reasons, including safety concerns, site conditions, resource availability, or non-payment.
Estimates and quotes
Estimates and quotes — whether given online, by phone, or in person — are good-faith approximations based on the information available at the time and are non-binding until confirmed in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice signed or accepted by both parties. Field conditions discovered during work (such as hidden damage, code requirements, or access issues) may change scope and price; we will communicate any changes before proceeding with additional work.
Scheduling and cancellation
Appointment times are scheduled in good faith and may be affected by emergency calls, weather, and job-length variability; we will communicate delays as early as we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible by calling (843) 790-6504. We likewise reserve the right to reschedule when conditions require it. Customers are responsible for providing reasonable access to the work area and disclosing known hazards at the property.
Payment terms
Payment terms for specific work are stated in your service agreement or invoice. Unless that document says otherwise, payment is due upon completion of the work. Past-due balances may accrue interest or late charges to the extent permitted by South Carolina law, and you are responsible for reasonable costs of collection where the law allows. Financing, when offered, is provided by third-party lenders under their own terms and subject to their approval.
Warranties
Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's written warranty, which varies by manufacturer and product and is documented separately. Our workmanship is covered only by the written workmanship warranty, if any, actually issued with your specific job. Except for those written warranties, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, acts of nature, or modification or repair by anyone other than us or a party we authorize.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holy City Heating & Air, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including lost profits, loss of use, or loss of data — arising from your use of the Site or our services. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Holy City Heating & Air, LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights, except to the extent caused by our own negligence or willful misconduct.
