"I had an outstanding experience with Holy City Heating & Air from the very first phone call. Debbie was friendly, professional, and made the scheduling process quick and easy. She was a pleasure to work with and made a great first impression for the company. Kelly was equally impressive. He quickly diagnosed the issue, found a blockage in my condensate drain line that had caused the float switches to trip, and thoroughly cleaned the drain line to get everything back up and running. He also took the time to show me where the float switches were located, explain how the system works, and answer all of my questions. I really appreciated that he didn’t just fix the problem, he made sure I understood what had happened and how to help prevent it in the future. It’s refreshing to work with a company that values both excellent customer service and technical expertise. Debbie and Kelly were both professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing a great experience. "If I could give 100 stars, I would. Kelly was here until 11:00 at night, in a terrible storm with rain and lightning, working under an umbrella, making sure that our AC unit was fixed. This is in the middle of a terrible heat wave. He was so kind, professional and explained everything in detail. He did have someone with him for a while, and I don't know his name, but they worked together to get our unit up and running. I'm sure others would have bailed, given the POURING rain and time of day, but not Kelly!! He took on the challenge and persevered like a champion!! He was just amazing and went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure that everything was right before he left. The price was the best of all the estimates and there were no surprise charges. They gave me credit for the initial diagnostic visit and were true to their initial pricing. Big credit to the office and staff too, who were amazing in getting us into their very busy schedule. They were SO polite and VERY understanding. I cannot recommend this LOCALLY owned company enough. No one wants to realize that they need AC work. It can be such a headache and, to be honest, the reputation of many repair companies is not great. But NOT this company.
