What this service covers
A mini-split pairs a compact outdoor unit with one or more indoor heads mounted on a wall or ceiling, connected by a small refrigerant line — no ducts required. Each head is its own zone with its own thermostat.
One outdoor unit can serve multiple indoor heads, so a single system can condition a garage apartment, a sunroom, and a bonus room independently.
Why it matters in the Lowcountry

What affects the price
Every home is different, so we quote in writing before work begins. The main factors:
- Number of zones (indoor heads)
- Head style — standard wall units vs. low-profile or ceiling-recessed
- Line-set length and routing complexity
- Electrical work required at the panel
Keeping it running
- Rinse the indoor unit's washable filters monthly during heavy use — it takes minutes.
- Keep the outdoor unit clear and, near the coast, rinse its coil gently through the summer.
- An annual professional deep clean keeps the blower wheel and coil from accumulating the biofilm humid climates encourage.
